In order to provide seamless customer assistance in the installation or maintenance of your DataStor product, we've created this support page for your use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We've included many of the most common questions regarding our products here, as well as the answers.

However, we realize that we can't include support for every possible question you may have, which is why you can call our tech support hotline during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, at (800) 777-6621 x106, or you can email us with your question HERE. Whether by phone or email, one of our experienced technical support staff will reply to you within one business day, usually the same business day. If you do phone or email us, please have the product number available, as well as information to other products that you are using in coordination with your DataStor product (drive brands and part numbers, controller brand and part numbers, operating system used). Make sure you provide as much detail as possible with your question, in order that we give you the best and most complete answer possible.
